This sounds like a reoccurring theme . We purchased a $4k leather sectional and within two years it is stained and looks like ***.

The warranty company and their customer service both claimed that it is abuse. { no dogs, only 3 people in the house } After several calls and emails they offered a store credit for less than half of the purchase price. And they actually acted as if they were doing me a favor by picking up the old one that they are going to throw away themselves (?) I feel like it is "rent a center" not what is supposed to be a customer friendly high-quality store.

I will use my credit and never shop there again. Unfortunately there is nobody there who cares.

Same thing has happened to us! We payed 5,000 and within a year it started peeling. I think we should all file suit, I plan on making a statement through social media an call the news stations.
