Keep in mind, i asked all the right questions, I'm not an uninformed consumer, i know there are faux leather products out there... They scammed me with exactly what i specifically said I DID NOT want.

I purchased a very expensive sectional sofa from Jordan's. I specified i wanted 100% real leather, not bonded or other faux leather. I was assured that the pieces i was ordering were 100% real leather "everywhere you sit" which i was okay with the back or sides being matching vinyl, because they really don't see wear. Based on the high price, i believed i was getting real leather as advertised. I was willing to pay more for real leather because of its durability (I've had a full grain leather sofa that i purchased elsewhere for over 20 years and it still looks great)

Within about 3 years, my "real leather" began what can only be described as peeling, where the color was coming off. That's when i first suspected I'd been scammed. Now at about 5 years in, the "leather has begun to split and tear... Its clear that what Jordan's passed off as "real leather" is actually a product called bicast leather... Which is basically, a very thin layer of the very lowest grade split leather waste material backing with a 100% vinyl covering... So in reality, the "leather everywhere you sit" is your not actually sitting on leather at all, but the vinyl covering... Which peels, wears off, leaving the thin backing which can't even stand up to the wear off being a headrest... Resulting in it ring and looking like garbage in a few short years.... It's a faux leather product, and in fact in several countries, it's illegal to call this leather at all.

The use of terms like "leather", "genuine leather" or "100% leather" in relation to bicast treatment is considered a misrepresentation and therefore not permitted in some countries, including the UK,[2] Denmark, and New Zealand

I got scammed into paying a premium price for a perfect that is inferior garbage... And since it's a sectional, all i can do is replace the ugly worn pieces with more of the same low quality garbage.

I paid a premium because i was misled into thinking i was getting real at least top grain or full grain leather... What i got was pieces of leather scrap covered with vinyl... Never again Jordan's. Im considering pursuing legal action against the company at this point.

Total scam.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

My leather recliner is 12 days old and $1600 dollars and already is pealing in the back. Cheap bonded leather.

I specified that I wanted good leather and asked her about it. Apparently they claim the back is bonded. Area's the the front already look worn somewhat! I should have bought material!

They shouldn't be allowed to see this as leather! Garbage!

Same here :-(. Waited years to get a new couch after having just a loveseat (second hand) for a family of 5.

Spent over $3000 on what we thought was a better quality sectional that would last us years. We have had it for 2-3 years and the leather color is pealing off terribly. Looks awful.

So not happy. NEVER AGAIN will I buy at Jordan's!

My husband and I had a very nice experience at Jordans .We purchased a living room set and an leather accent chair But the best part of buying the furniture was our sales associate "ROZ PETTRONELLI">She was the best , explained everything , showed us the best furniture for us.Spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were satisfied and we were.If you want a great furniture buying experience ask for ROZ. Oh, i had a tremendously pleasant BUYING experience too.... Its the quality 3 years later that has been an issue.

That "extended warranty" they sold me that the salesman said covers everything? Yeah, not so much... The leather they consider "wear" so not covered. The recliner release cable that broke, they repaired once...

When it broke a 2nd time... Nope, cant even get them to come out and look at it.
