Jordans Furniture - More money does not always mean a better mattress
I had a really good mattress for 14 years, but it was time for a change. I wanted something comparable to what I had, which I was told by the salesman, that I would not be able to, as there have been major changes in mattresses since I bought mine.
(it was a top of the line mattress) BUT first I had to meet Bridget, which is a bunch of crap.... seriously...
I ended up buying an expensive mattress which I hated, and would not wait the 30 days they want you to wait to exchange it. I went back and "exchanged" it for one that was $700 more. (When you exchange, you can't get anything for less money or you lose the difference), so you have to stay about the same or go up.....
what I ended up with is a really good mattress (supposedly), but it is not comfortable.... The salesman was really not very helpful.. I could tell he was not happy I wanted to change the first mattress ....I ended up listening to another salesman who was with another couple, as he was much more informative. Bottom line, I have a Beautyrest Black that I believe I paid way too much money for, and I am not comfortable at all...Even the $90 mattress cover they sold me is not what was expected...I just bought another one hoping it will improve the comfort of the mattress.
I am NOT picky, and I can sleep anywhere, but seriously, this was one purchase I should not have made. Do your homework before going to buy a mattress from them.
