Trash furniture

Mattress trash Leather sofa leatherette peeling off after two years ( occasionally used. NEVER AGAIN. Not going to get ripped off again.

Poor quality

Payments outlasted the furniture Multiple service calls did not resolve issues of torn seams on 2 different pieces of furniture 3rd piece came with no legs Rather than wait 8 weeks for replacement I put legs from old furniture on the new chair Ill sit on the floor before ever buying from Jordanss Furniture again

Delivery

I understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic. However, I placed two separate orders for a dining room set and a living room set, knowing that delivery would take between 12-15 weeks. Little did I realize that it would take 6 months. As of today, my dining room table is due at the end of December and my living room at the end of January. Unacceptable, to say the least.

Unsatisfied Customer

So here It goes. Ordered a bedroom set from Jordans and they said the bed was available for delivery now so I said ok. They came with a dented dresser instead (unwrapped) so I refused it and NO BED!! Came back again for bed delivery and brought back the same dresser (unwrapped and dented) again WTF!! I said wheres the bed? He said on the truck and didnt know if it was damaged so I said TAKE EVERYTHING BACK!! Im DONE with Jordans. BYE BYE. NEVER EVER SETTING FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN !!

Warranty is very limited Not worth purchasing it Salesmen had a good line of c Many grey areas in the warranty Southern Motion very poorly made Dont recommend All the Service Techs very professional and very polite If they dont resolve my recliners issues I will NEVER BUY from Jordans Furniture again

Delivery

Was told when i bought items all would be deliver except 1 back order piece for fist of august now after paying was told 9 to 14 weeks or 4 different delivery dates. Asked gor refund, take 10 to 14 days to get a check but took 5 minutes for them to take my money. Never buying there again.

Re: Mattress &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Power Base. Excellent sales knowledge & assistance during purchase. There was an immediate issue with 1 of the buttons not working on the remote right after delivery/set up. They were unable to send out a technician until 6 weeks after delivery which is unsat. If thats the case, they have a huge backlog of problems and/or not enough technicians.

Don't buy a mattress at Jordans.

We purchased a mattress at Jordan's about 5 years ago. It has sagged so bad my husband was sleeping in another room. Jordan's sent someone out to look at it and decided it was normal wear. It is now in the landfill and I won't buy anything from Jordan's again. They don't stand behind their products. This was not an inexpensive mattress either.

Decided not to deliver because it was inconvenient. On the day the furniture was supposed to be delivered actually the day before we called to verify and they said all we don’t know what happened we forgot to put it on the truck you’ll have to wait till next week

If you have several health issues that interfere with a good night's sleep, get a Sleep Number bed and queen & king come with dual separate chambers. Trust me I have had mine for 8 years and in 2013 I went thru 3 new beds that were horrible until the 4th one which is the Sleep Number, I love it and so does friends, family & my dentist has had one for 20 years and is getting another one. I could have gotten one of the top line ones with the money I spent on the previous 3 that could not be returned.

Sofa and recliners

Recently went there and was so excited to shop for our living room we are remodeling.. everything we wanted I mean Everything was a 6 to 7 week wait .. really .. I was almost in tears .. the sales lady was so pushy she wanted me to buy stuff I didn’t like at all .. she was demanding and just very rushy .. off to give my 3500 dollar business elsewhere.. will never go back

Originally, my husband and I were impressed with Jordan's. They offered great financing and carried a beautiful line of the Magnolia furniture. The bed frame we wanted ended up not fitting up my stairs, so we had to pick a new frame. We settled on one that we could not view in the stores. I asked the "sleep lab" team if the mattress I had purchased would fit this new frame and they assured me it would. We got the new bed mid May, so around 3 months ago. The mattress unequivocally does not fit. We were on our honeymoon and getting our new house in order, so we really didn't pay much attention to it, but now that we are settled, the bed frame sucks. Every night we lose our pillows and struggle to sleep soundly. I contacted Jordan's erroneously thinking they would do the right thing since they seemingly pride themselves on these "sleep lab" experts and they basically told me too bad. His exact words were, I can give you 10 different beds and this same problem would occur. Pictures are attached. It may surprise the people at Jordan's to know, in my 36 years on earth I have actually seen and slept in beds. I have had purchased furniture from Macy's and Raymour and NEVER had a bed that left this wide of a gap and clearly did not fit on the frame. I have also frequented numerous hotels in my life and have seen other beds that DO NOT do this. The conversation ended with we could not return the bed but they would refund us 50% to put toward a new bed. It would be on thing if they didn't have this "sleep lab" but they do. So what is the purpose of creating this "separate" section to make sure everything is seamless if you don't stand behind anything? Very disappointed.
